By purchasing or subscribing to any RockitRank service, you agree to the Refund Policy outlined below.
1. No Refunds
All payments made to RockitRank are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
This includes subscription payments, one-time purchases, SEO audit credits, AI-generated content credits, agency plans, API usage fees, add-on services, consulting or setup fees, and custom implementations or integrations.
By purchasing any RockitRank service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Subscription Billing
RockitRank may operate on a recurring subscription basis.
By subscribing, you agree that your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date, canceling your subscription stops future billing only, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period after payment has been processed, and unused credits, features, or quotas are non-refundable and may expire at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before renewal if you no longer wish to continue using the Services.
3. Promotional Offers
RockitRank may occasionally offer discounted launch pricing or promotional access periods.
Promotional pricing does not change the no-refund policy unless explicitly stated in writing.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
RockitRank uses artificial intelligence systems to generate content, SEO recommendations, keyword suggestions, and optimization insights.
Because AI-generated outputs are computational resources consumed instantly upon usage, all generated content credits are non-refundable, dissatisfaction with generated outputs does not qualify for refunds, SEO rankings, traffic growth, indexing, or business outcomes are not guaranteed, and users are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated outputs before publishing.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after agreeing to this Refund Policy is prohibited.
If a user initiates a chargeback without first contacting RockitRank support to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account, revoke access to all services and generated content, restrict future access to the platform, and recover administrative, legal, and processing costs associated with the dispute.
If you experience a billing or technical issue, please contact support before initiating disputes with your payment provider.
6. Third-Party Services and Integrations
RockitRank may integrate with third-party services including Stripe, Razorpay, WordPress, Google APIs, hosting providers, CMS systems, and analytics tools.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, API limitations, external platform failures, or delays caused by third-party providers.
Refunds will not be issued due to issues originating from external services or integrations outside RockitRank's direct control.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, including abuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, unauthorized automation, multiple account abuse, exploitation of promotional systems, or violation of acceptable usage policies.
8. Exceptional Cases
RockitRank reserves the sole right to review exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Any refund granted shall be entirely at our discretion and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.
9. Policy Updates
RockitRank reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on the platform shall apply to all transactions and subscriptions.
Continued use of the Services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
