Terms and Conditions

RockitRank provides AI-powered SEO and content automation services including AI-generated article creation, keyword research, SEO analytics, content optimization, Search Console integrations, performance tracking, analytics dashboards, publishing workflows, and API-based SEO features.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, ensuring submitted information is accurate, and activities conducted under their account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.

If users connect Google Search Console accounts, access is granted via Google OAuth, users authorize RockitRank to access approved Search Console data, and users may revoke access anytime through Google account settings.

RockitRank does not store Google passwords.

Some features depend on Google APIs and may be impacted by API limitations, outages, policy changes, or service discontinuation.

RockitRank may display images sourced through the Unsplash API.

Users acknowledge that third-party images remain property of their respective creators, usage is subject to the Unsplash License, and attribution requirements may apply.

RockitRank does not claim ownership over third-party image assets.

RockitRank uses AI systems to generate content and SEO recommendations.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, users are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing, RockitRank does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic growth, or revenue outcomes, and SEO outcomes depend on many external factors outside RockitRank's control.

RockitRank shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

Users agree that payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise, usage credits may expire monthly, and pricing may change in the future.

Failure to cancel before billing does not qualify for refunds.

Users may not use the platform unlawfully, generate spam or malicious content, conduct illegal SEO manipulation, infringe copyrights or trademarks, abuse APIs or integrations, circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the platform, create multiple accounts for abuse, or use black-hat SEO techniques through the platform.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

RockitRank owns platform software, algorithms, UI/UX, branding, infrastructure, source code, workflows, and proprietary systems.

Users retain ownership of submitted content, connected website data, and generated article outputs.

Third-party assets remain property of their respective owners.

Certain platform features rely on third-party services and APIs including Google APIs, Unsplash API, payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics providers.

RockitRank is not responsible for API outages, data inaccuracies from third parties, feature interruptions, external policy changes, or third-party service failures.

Features dependent on external APIs may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RockitRank shall not be liable for SEO ranking losses, traffic decreases, revenue losses, algorithm updates, API outages, downtime, AI inaccuracies, data loss, or business interruption.

Services are provided as is and as available.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RockitRank and its affiliates from claims arising from user-generated content, published AI-generated articles, copyright violations, misuse of the platform, or violations of applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
